Instructional Gymnastics Classes
The Instructional Gymnastics Program is designed to give instruction for girls ages 5 to 17. During class, students will learn skills and routines on vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise. The levels are progressive in nature, building upon the skills acquired at the previous level.
Class Structure: The instructors lead a 10 minute group warm up and stretch. Students then go with their class instructor and rotate through the four events. At the end, students share a positive memory from class that day.
Most students will begin in Level 1, as our classes focus on proper technique and body positions to build a solid foundation for more advanced gymnastics.
Level 1 classes are 1 hour in length, once per week, with an 8:1 student-to-instructor ratio.
Students in Level 2 instructional classes have progressively built upon the foundation of strength, flexibility, and gymnastics skills established in Level 1.
Level 2 classes are 1 hour in length, once per week, with an 8:1 student-to-instructor ratio.
In Level 3 classes, our coaches continue to keep a close eye on technique and body shape as students advance in skill level and overall fitness.

Level 4 students excel in our fast paced, high energy classes. We keep athletes moving by utilizing circuit training and multiple pieces of apparatus.
