How things work here.

Short, so you can find what you need. If something here does not answer your question, call and a person will.

Paying for classes

Auto-pay

A card on file, charged on the 1st of the month, and 10% off tuition for it. If the card declines on the 1st two months running, the account comes off auto-pay.

Paying month to month

A card on file is still required. Tuition is due by the 15th. After the 15th a $10 late fee is added; we try the card on file before we add it.

If a month goes unpaid

On the last day of the month your child is dropped from class. Re-enrolling waits until the balance is paid in full.

Membership

$35 a year, due the day you sign up for a class or an event, and again each year your child is enrolled or re-enrolls.

Discounts

10% off for siblings. 10% off a second class.

Late pickup

More than 15 minutes after class ends, a $10 care fee goes on the account.

Dropping a class

How

Submit a drop notice in the parent portal. That is the only way a drop counts. A conversation at the front desk is not a drop notice, because there is no record of it.

When

Two weeks' notice.

Refunds

There are no refunds for a class you forgot to drop.

Missing a class

Before class

Log the absence in the parent portal before the class starts. That earns a make-up token.

Tokens

One a month. Good for a year from the day it is issued.

Make-ups

Sundays only.

When we are closed

Holidays

No make-ups for holiday closures. Tuition is priced on a four-week month; the months with five classes cover the closures.

Weather

If Kettering schools are closed, morning classes are cancelled and we plan to open at 2:00 pm unless conditions are still dangerous. If Kettering schools are delayed, management decides whether classes run.

Cancelling

Three days' notice earns a refund or a credit to your account. Send it by email to info@performance-gymnastics.com.

Birthday parties

Deposit

$75, non-refundable. If you need to change the date, you do not pay it again.

Guests

The party price covers ten guests plus the birthday child. Each additional guest adds $10.

Included

Party favors, a gift from us, and utensils. A custom cake or cupcakes can be added.

Punch passes

Good for 180 days from purchase.
