Our Policies

• Payment Policy:
  • Every family must have a credit/debit card on file.
  • Your tuition fee will be put on your account on the first of the month.
  • Auto-pay clients will have their card charged on the first of the month.
  • Non-auto pay clients will have until the 15th of the month to pay tuition.

• Additional Fee Policies:
  1. If your tuition payment is not made by the 15th of the month, your will receive a $10.00 late fee.
  2. If your child is unaccompanied by an adult 15 minutes or more after class, you will receive a $15.00 baby sitting fee.

• Class cancellation policy:
  1. We require a two week notice prior to dropping your child’s class.
  2. There are no refunds for a late notice.
• Class Make-up Policy:
  • One make-up token will be allowed per month.
  • Make-up tokens will only be rewarded IF the absence was reported prior to class.
  • Make-up tokens can only be used on our Saturday or Sunday make-up days.
  • We do not offer refunds for missed classes.

Open: Performance Gymnastics will remain open and operating on a regular schedule if Kettering City Schools are in session for the day. We will open at 1:00 p.m. if Kettering City Schools are closed for the day.

Closed: If weather conditions prevent us from holding afternoon and evening classes, we will alert local news stations, email the affected classes, and post to Performance Gymnastics Facebook page

Classes affected by Holiday Closures: Performance Gymnastics bases its class schedule on a guaranteed 48 classes per year and tuition fees are determined on an average of four classes per month.  No make-up tokens will be issued for holidays.
