Birthday Parties

Your child’s birthday is more than an opportunity for a party! It’s a celebration of one of the most joyous moments of your family’s life. We want to make it a stress-free and joyful day that everyone remembers fondly. Our birthday parties are designed specifically for ages 4-17.

What’s a PGA party like?

Each party is 90 minutes long. 60 minutes in the gym and 30 minutes in the party area. Typical PGA parties begin with a short warm up on the floor and then open play. Every party is supervised by a safety-certified PGA party Host. After open play in the gym everyone will then move into the lobby area for the 30 minutes of food and presents.

Party structure: We begin with parachute games or other fun warm up activities, followed by an obstacle course, and then circuits on each of the gymnastics events: vault, bars, beam, and floor. Following the time in the gym, gather in the lobby for party time that includes food, cake, and gifts. Our coaches and hosts provide an entertaining afternoon for all guests …and we clean up!

Parties are held on Sunday afternoons at either 1:00, 3:00, or 5:00 p.m.

Classic Party

Party time: 90 minutes total – 60 minutes in the gym, 30 minutes to open gifts, etc.

Classic Parties include:

  • Private Facility Rental
  • Private Party Hosts
  • Special gift from PGA for the birthday child
  • Specially designed party invitations/waiver
    • Each guest must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian in order to participate in the gym
  • Birthday Decor: balloons, tableware, etc.
  • Drinks

Cost:

  • Up to 10 kids (not including birthday child): $250 starting February 1st
  • Over 10 kids: Add $10 per child (maximum of 30 kids)
  • Each child MUST have an account set up for our online waiver.

Extra:

  • $10.00 for each additional guest
  • Gratuity for Host

  • $75.00 Non-refundable deposit due at booking
  • Deposit is applied to party cost
  • All guests must have signed waiver
    • Just make an account on our website
  • Snacks and Cake can be brought to party and hosts will serve for you.
  • Participants do not have to wear masks in gym
  • All decor will be brand new for each party

*You are allowed to arrive 15 minutes early to set up and stay 15 minutes after to gather your things.  Staying later than 15 minutes will result in a fee.
