About PGA

• Payment Policy:
  • Every family must have a credit/debit card on file.
  • Your card will be charged on the 1st of every month if on auto-pay. If you are not on auto-pay, the tuition fee will be added to your account on the 1st of the month.
  • If you are not on auto-pay, you will have until the 15th of the month to pay tuition. If your card was declined, you will have until the 15th of the month to pay tuition.
  • After the 15th, you will no longer be given the auto-pay discount (if on auto-pay) and be charged a $10 late fee.

• Late Fee Policy:
  1. You have from the 1st-15th to make a payment.
  2. If your payment is not in by the 15th, you will be charged a $10 late fee.

• Class cancellation policy:
  1. You must fill out the cancellation form two weeks prior to dropping your class
  2. If you drop in the middle of a month you will not be refunded.
• Class Make up Policy:
  • If your child misses a class you can schedule a make up on one of our monthly make up days.
  • Missed classes CANNOT be made up in any other classes.
  • Stop by the front desk to schedule a make up or give us a call at (937) 723-8799.
  • Make ups will expire 3 months after the missed class date.
  • You CANNOT be refunded for missed classes.
  • Make ups can be done up to one month after dropping otherwise you will lose them.
  • Holiday closures do not count for make ups.

Performance Gymnastics bases its class schedule on a guaranteed 48 classes per year and tuition fees are determined on an average of four classes per month. No makeup classes are issued for holidays, as the yearly class schedule takes into account all holidays and breaks.
